Google Sketchup is, by a wide margin, the easiest-to-use 3D CAD software out there. This is a six-hour program to get you started in the software, which is excellent for woodworking and product design as well as for large-scale projects - booths, houses, sheds, desks.

SketchUp is available in both free and paid variants. In order to take this class, you'll require a laptop which can run the program, a copy of SketchUp, and patience with yourself.

About the Class Instructor

Christopher Guard has been using sketchUp for a number of years. He builds things for a living. What things? Just about anything. He is extremely good at this.

Christopher is best known for keeping Site 3 physically intact.
