Event Details
This training will introduce users to ClientTrack HMIS. You will learn how to admit clients into homeless programs using predefined Workflows that help simplify the intake process. You will also learn how to record services and how to discharge clients.
This training is geared towards current users of the AWARDS HMIS system. This training is desiged for staff in emergency shelters, transitional housing programs, permanent housing programs and homeless prevention/rapid rehousing programs (HPRP). This training is not geared towards users at Day Shelters, Outreach Programs, or other Supportive Services Only Programs (future trainings will address these type of programs).
Space is limited. Not all staff at an agecy should attend the live training. Our first priority is making sure Daily Users and Master Users are trained. Our second priority is making sure users who need hands on assistance can attend a live training. Future trainings will be open to new agencies.
