The relationship between volunteers and staff has always been a delicate one, and is usually the biggest problem in involving volunteers more effectively in an organization.  if your volunteer program is to be successful, you must have the support of paid staff.

Participants will:

  • Identify barriers to successful staff and volunteer partnerships
  • Create volunteer opportunitiess that will save time while providing better customer service
  • Review eight steps that will help staff more effectively utilize volunteers

**Recommended for management and supervisory level staff
