How Mid-Size and Small Firms Can Survive and Even Grow in This Economy
Thursday, March 26, 2009 from 4:40 PM to 5:30 PM (EDT)
We know these are challenging times for the practicing bar. To help you navigate the economic terrain ahead, we are excited to invite you to programming for your needs.
We recognize that most private lawyers own their own firms or work in firms of fifty or fewer attorneys. Mid-size and smaller firms are the engine of our private legal sector, yet few industry watchers have focused on trends affecting your practice. To assess conditions and opportunities facing smaller and mid-sized firms, Villanova, Temple, and Rutgers-Camden Law Schools have joined to present valuable programming for you.
On Thursday, March 26, 2009, Villanova Law is pleased to invite you to join us for:
“How Mid-Size and Small Firms Can Survive and Even Grow in This Economy”
Robert Denney, President, Robert Denney Associates, Inc.
4:40 PM – 5:30 PM, Room 29, Reception to follow
Villanova Law School
299 N. Spring Mill Road, Villanova, PA 19085
In partnership with the Philadelphia Business Journal
Bob Denney is an internationally recognized legal consultant who has provided management, marketing and strategic planning counsel to firms for over 30 years – including three prior recessions. Author of five books, Bob contributes frequently to legal publications like The National Law Journal, and the Journal of Law Practice and Legal Management. His firm publishes the highly regarded reports on “What’s Hot and What’s Not in the Legal Profession.”
After the program, please join us for refreshments and networking with fellow lawyers and students from the three collaborating schools. This event is free of charge, as a service to our valued mid-sized and small firm colleagues in Pennsylvania counties of Bucks, Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery. Related programs will be hosted by Rutgers-Camden (March 24) and Temple Law (March 30), in case you cannot attend March 26th.
We encourage you to register as soon as possible, as space is limited. We hope to see you at this valuable discussion with Bob Denney on March 26.
