Event Details
The ticket prices from March 29,2012- July 14, 2012 will be 97 (includes taxes and gratutity) plus eventbrites processing fees. Ticket prices include: cocktail hour, sit down dinner, and open bar. The price of the tickets will increase to $117 per person after the 14th of July. There are two payment options for ticket purchases before July 15th.
Payments before July 15th
Payment Option #1:
Pay an initial $50 deposit per ticket (not including Eventbrite processing fees) to reserve your ticket, and pay the remaining balance by July 14th at midnight.
Payment Option #2:
Make payment in the full.
Once you have made your final payment you will receive a ticket confirmation from Eventbrite. These tickets are needed for entrance into the event.
Payments after July 15th
Tickets Purchased after July15th will be $117 and will require full payment purchase.
Disclosures for the Event:
Payments made in full already include Taxes and one-time Eventbrite Fees. Partial Payments are subject to event bright fees per transaction.
Lastly $50 of each ticket purchase is Non-Refundable for this event. Partial Refunds are available for Tickets until July 5th. Tickets purchased after July 5th are NON-REFUNDABLE
