Celebrating Spring Harvest

Spring is finally here! Let's enjoy all the delicious and fresh ingredients this season has to offer. We will start the night off with Family style Artichokes with Lemon and Extra Virgin Olive Oil. A Fire Grilled Asparagus salad with Frisse, Mortadella and Parmigiano Reggiano will be served. Next, enjoy Artichoke Flatbread Pizzas and Homemade Spaghetti Primivera. For the entree, Chef Mark had prepared Fire Grilled Spring Lamb Chops with soft Polenta and roasted Vegetables. A Meyer Lemon tart will be a nice and light dessert to complete this wonderful meal.
