About Karen and Wayne

Karen & Wayne have owned a Neuro Linguistic Programming coaching business for the past 3 years, Karen as a Trainer, speaker and Coach, Wayne as a speaker, coach and within his role as On-board Manager for Qantas. Karen and Wayne are both certified in NLP by the ABNLP and TLTA. Through their joint creation “Powerful Positive People”, they have helped clients rapidly and immediately let go of problems and challenges and move into resourceful and life expanding behaviours. Wayne is highly respected as a motivational and inspirational manager and has witnessed dramatic improvements in his management potential since learning and implementing NLP in his professional life.
