Hands-on Conversation Lab, discussion triads, reflection and journaling, declaration and assigned peer coaching.   Conversation Literacy is about having the skills necessary to manage conversations for engagement, honesty and authenticity. In this workshop, a team of 8-10 people explore the Twelve Tools that move a conversation from fear, victimhood, control to collaboration and possibility.
