The Passaic County Sheriff’s Community Outreach Foundation (PCSCOF) is an independent, non-profit fund-raising arm of Passaic County Sheriff, Richard H. Berdnik. The sole purpose of the PCSCOF is charitable. Providing alternatives, education and resources is the focus of the Foundation’s work, with an unwavering mission to do all in its power to advocate for our youth and senior citizens of Passaic County. The Foundation networks with a wide range of community-oriented and social service agencies throughout the county, such as the Passaic County Division of Addiction Services, in a mutual effort to provide resources, education and assistance.
