About Dr. Monica W. Tracey:

Monica W. Tracey is an Associate Professor of Instructional Design at Wayne State University. Dr.Tracey has 25 years experience as an instructional designer and human performance technologist, coupled with academic scholarship on preparing instructional designers. Her current research in on design thinking including the cross discipline preparation of designers, designer self-awareness and self-management during design.
