Registration Table: Your packet with the program, name tag, and any events tickets you order will be available for pick-up at the PCB-AHA registration table at the Hotel Albuquerque during the conference.
Advance on-line registration will be available until Friday, July 17. After that conference attendees plan to register late in-person at the PCB-AHA table, Thursday, August 6, 1-5pm, and Friday and Saturday, August 7-8, 8am-5pm.
Exhibitors may also register here to reserve an exhibition table near the conference registration area. The exhibitor registration fee includes a standard rectangular table and cloth covering. Exhibitors set up will be open on Thursday, August 6, from 1-5pm, and displays may be staffed on Friday and Saturday, August 7-8, from 8am to 5pm. Exhibition registration must be made on-line by July 17, no late in-person registration for exhibition will be accepted. For exhibition questions contact: Peter J. Refunds of the Registration Fee, less $15 for handling, will be made for written requests received prior to July 17, 2009. No refunds for special events can be made after that date due to financial guarantees we must make based upon expected attendance. Please notify us immediately at pcbregistration@cgu.edu if your plans for attending change after you register.

Make your reservations early, but no later than Friday, July 17, 2009, to take advantage of the special rates. To receive a Group rate, identify yourself as a member of the AHA-PCB when intially making the reservation. After the cut-off date, reservations will be accepted on a space and rate available basis only.
