Brooke Christofferson was named Vice President of Market and Business Development at Republic Media (The Arizona Republic/azcentral.com) in Phoenix, Arizona in July 2010 and West Group Marketing Director in January 2011.  She has been with Republic Media for 14 years in various marketing and advertising roles. Prior to joining Gannett, Christofferson worked in marketing and public relations for Bethphage, a non-profit organization in Des Moines, Iowa.

Christofferson is a graduate of Simpson College (Indianola, Iowa) with BA degrees in communication studies and political science and an MBA from the WP Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. Christofferson was named to the top 20 under 40 by Presstime Magazine in 2008 and serves on the Board of Directors for Free Arts of Arizona and the Phoenix Chamber of Commerce.
