This special Public Health in Asia event is hosted by the SFS Asian Studies Program, the Department of East Asian Languages and Cultures, and the Japan Network as part of Japan Awareness Month at Georgetown University.

Panelists will discuss the crises management of the Japanese government in the immediate aftermath of the March 11, 2011 triple disasters and the lingering public health issues in the Tohoku region nearly a year later.
