It’s our Beauty Basics at Sephora event Vancouver!
We love this event, and we’re ecstatic to be bringing it to Vancouver! (we've been offering this event in Edmonton for the past four years!)
The experts at Sephora are trained professionals, they’re not kidding around at the beauty superstore, everyone here knows the goods, the products, the techniques. Take it to the skin-care department, and you will be met with skin-care experts who know your type, your zones and your needs for daily care.
This Modern Mama event is seminar-style, covering beauty basics for moms – from tired to fabulous in five minutes or less (lots of tips, tricks and product information from the Sephora expert staff) and then we'll hear from Yummy Mummy Make-over's Joyce Lau who'll reveal how discovering the colour choices that suit our skin tone can benefit us and our overall look.
Certified image consultant, Joyce Lau is the founder of Yummy Mummy Makeovers. Her vision was to create a place where moms could get together to play, share ideas and have fun with fashion. She experienced the anxiety that most moms felt when their mat leave was over and they struggled to balance the joy of a new family while facing financial realities. Planning ahead for herself, Joyce knew she wanted the flexibility to spend time with her family. At the same time, she wanted to make a difference in other people's lives. Never one to settle for anything less - Joyce extended her passion to help others. She created an opportunity for moms that combines income, fun, fashion & shopping all in one. And now thanks to Yummy Mummy Makeovers, women everywhere are no longer having closet meltdowns.
This all happens while the store is closed to the public and we get the beauty gurus all to ourselves.
