Event Details

What drives people performance?
How do we "take the pulse" and communicate about these drivers?

Organizations talk a lot about "leadership" and "teams" and "culture" -- but what do these mean?  The Vital Signs Model is a compelling framework with clear business logic to answer these questions.  Rather than starting by talking about emotional intelligence, the VS Model provides a way for internal and external consultants to focus decision-makers on the people-side of performance... and then to make a powerful case for skills like EQ as a solution.

In this free webinar, you will learn...

  • What is Six Seconds and what do we do with organizations?
  • How does the Vital Signs Model work to define performance?
  • What are the Leadership Vital Signs, Team Vital Signs, and Organizational Vital Signs tools?
  • How do the VS tools support consultants, trainers, and coaches to improve their business?
