Learn how the mind, heart and body can work in synchrony by using powerful tools such as connecting breath, sound and the "constant" that exists within each of us to facilitate a higher frequency connection to the Higher Self.

By experiencing an ancient sacred geometric configuration and attunement we will create the passageway to a sacred gateway using the Merkabah, the interdimensional vehicle that attunes and connects us to the higher realms of consciousness. This sacred geometric symbol was used by ascended masters to connect with and reach those in tune with the higher realms. "Mer" means Light. "Ka" means Spirit. "Ba" means Body. Mer-Ka-Ba means the spirit/body surrounded by counter-rotating fields of light, (wheels within wheels), spirals of energy as in DNA, which transports spirit/body from one dimension to another.

Other tools and interactive exercises will be shared from Kimmie Rose's book Wake Up Your Intuition to develop your intuition and assist you in using this connection to receive messages from loved ones who have passed, your higher self, guides and those still on the physical realm allowing for the experience of Heaven on Earth.

At the end of the workshop we will put your knowledge and attunement to work and connect with someone who has passed!
