Event Details

It takes lesser folk three years and over $100,000 to acquaint themselves with the principles of law. Entrepreneurs are cut from a different cloth, though.  It’s no wonder that the average entrepreneur can comprehend the entirety of settled jurisprudence in a mere two hours.

In this class, entrepreneurs and aspiring entrepreneurs will receive a quick and dirty lesson from Clint A. Costa on the various areas of law they are or will be confronted with on a daily basis. Entity selection, partnership and shareholder agreements, leases, issues in employment, non-disclosure agreements, other contracts, tax issues and personal estate planning and asset protection issues will all be discussed. The class will be interactive with form agreements and provisions reviewed and discussed in class.

After the class, the Illinois Bar Exam will be given... (or the class will go for drinks and Clint will answer any questions).
