Peace Corps is 50, and there’s never been a better time to join! Peace Corps was founded in 1961 by President John F. Kennedy, and currently serves 77 countries around the world. Peace Corps volunteers commit to 2 years of living and working abroad, serving local needs and building cross-cultural relationships. Come to the session and have your questions and concerns fielded by UVA campus recruiter Jonathan Moore. Peace Corps has spots for people of all backgrounds, ages and interests!
