Hours for the Course

The one-day course meets from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Registration begins at 9:00 a.m. Lunch is on your own. Dress is informal. If you need reading glasses for close-up work, please bring them.

Parking

Parking for the course will be at Cleveland State’s Central Garage which is located at 1892 E 21st St. Just mention the phrase NEOOUG to the parking attendant and he/she will give you a pass to show on your dash good for the day. The only open entrance to the garage will be off East 21st street. You can get directions from Google and use the following as your destination address:

Because of downtown construction, we recommend that you avoid the East 9th and Ontario exits and instead use the East 22nd St exit.

From the south

Take I-77 north and take exit East 22nd/East 14th. Keep right and at the fork follow the sign for East 22nd. As you approach the light at East 22nd you will need to be in the left lane. Turn left onto East 22nd. Get in the left lane and take a left onto Chester (6th traffic light). Take a left onto East 21st and the door to the garage is on your right.

From the east

Take I-90 west into downtown and exit at Chester. Turn right onto Chester. Take a left onto East 21st (2nd traffic light) and the door to the garage is on your right.

From the west

Take I-90 east and as you approach downtown continue onto I-490 east. Exit I-490 at exit 2B (I-77 North). Merge onto I-77 north towards downtown. Exit at East 22nd/East 14th ST exit. Keep right and at the fork follow the sign for East 22nd. As you approach the light at East 22nd you will need to be in the left lane. Turn left onto East 22nd. Get in the left lane and take a left onto Chester (6th traffic light). Take a left onto East 21st and the door to the garage is on your right.

Directions to the Student Center 313 from the garage

The Student Center is on the corner of East 21st and Euclid. From the entrance of the parking garage you will need to walk south towards Euclid. Turn left on Euclid and the entrance to the Student Center is halfway down the block. Should you park on the upper level of the garage there is a bridge from the garage to the plaza. Cross the bridge and walk southeast across the plaza to the Student Center entrance. Once in the Student Center take the elevator to the third floor. On exiting the elevator turn right and then left down the hall, SC 313 will be on your right.
