Not so long ago making sausage and paté were commonplace kitchen arts. In this three-hour class, we'll make sausage and paté from domestic meats, including chicken, beef, and pork. Ground meat preparations made at home are safer and friskier than industrial ones, and you'll be surprised at how easy and delicious they are. Bring an apron, an appetite, and a container to bring home your sausage & pate. Extensive handouts provided.
