This course covers proven methodologies for implementing and delivering customer-focused solutions.  This will help you understand the process to conceive, plan, implement and launch customer-centered solutions successfully.  You will learn the seven phases of the Association of International Product Marketing and Management (AIPMM) body of knowledge (ProdBOK®) to manage solutions at each stage of their life cycle.  You will learn the building blocks for a business model and a business case, and how to estimate costs and revenue streams for any solution.  The course includes productivity tools that will be used to perform hands-on exercises to build a business model and business case that describes the value proposition of any solution to meet business objectives.
