Topic

e-Discovery: What IT Professionals Should Know.

e-Discovery is a requirement every organization should be prepared for.  Though it may be initially seen as a business issue, IT and IT Security plans, practices and processes impact an organization’s ability to comply and its overall exposure.

This presentation will provide an overview of e-Discovery, highlight the role IT plays in the process, ways IT and IT security can position their companies/organizations to mitigate risk, and of course, a war story or two from our speaker’s experiences.

Speaker Seth Row,  a partner at The law firm of Parsons Farnell & Grein, LLP, in Portland, OR.

Seth is an experienced litigator and legal advisor with an active practice in both Oregon and Washington.
