The Creative Process and How It Works in a Preschool Ministry by Carrie Bettinger |
The creative process is messy, but necessary. We don't want our kids leaving with the same paper plate crafts every week, or see the same story told to them in the same way month after month, year after year. How do we change it up? Let's get creative and see what we can come up with! |
|
A Few of My Favorite Things by Tracy Nogalski |

I Blew It Leadership by Brian Dollar |
Brian has grown to become one of the most respected Kids' Pastors in the country, but few people know the path he's taken to learn his most important lessons. In this workshop, he opens his heart and his life to share his biggest failures. Some of the principles are about ministry philosophy, strategy and communication, but the most important ones - the lessons that will make you laugh and melt your heart - are about the deeper qualities of fear and hope, pride and humility. |

Teaching Effective Lessons to Preschoolers by Carrie Bettinger |
When you teach a group of preschoolers, it can be like teaching a group of silly monkeys. How do you keep their attention? How do you keep them from distraction? How do you get them to remember everything you've taught them? Well, this session might give you a few more tools in your tool belt to help the kids leave church knowing exactly what happened that day! |

Vanishing Discipline Problems by Karl Bastian |
The Apostle Paul said he became all things to all men so that they might be reached. Pastor Karl Bastian, aka "The Kidologist" entered children's ministry at age 10 and has been equipping adults for over thirty years on how to approach ministry from the perspective of a child and from within their culture. His unique approach is highly creative, super effective, causes discipline problems to vanish and results to soar - and yet is easy and fun. Come learn the secrets of the Kidologist that will transform your ministry. |
