Mr. Donald Tong is the Hong Kong Commissioner for Economic and Trade Affairs of USA, Hong Kong's most senior representative in the U.S. As Commissioner, he directs the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government's efforts in promoting U.S.-Hong Kong economic and trade ties. 
Mr. Tong has worked in various government departments in the past, including his most recent appointment as Deputy Secretary for Home Affairs, responsible for policy formulation on development of social enterprises and youth, civic education and human rights, and regulation of socio-religious matters. 
Commissioner Tong will discuss Hong Kong's role as a gateway to China and provide an update on the latest development and business opportunities in the region.
