Event Details

PCPL launches its lastest round of Hot Breakfast with a look at school policy developments.

As ever, schools are facing a mountain of change. The last month or so have seen the Interim Report on the National Curriculum Review released, the latest league tables published, a new inspection regime introduced, consultation close on 16-19 funding and learning, and significant changes announced around ICT.

Representatives from Pearson’s Policy and Qualification Teams will try and make sense of these and other changes in a one hour briefing.

The event will be held on Monday 6th Febuary 2012 at Pearson, 190 High Holborn, London, WC1V 7BH

A complimentary breakfast will be served from 7.30am and the presentations will commence at 8.00am

The Pearson Think Tank

The Pearson Think Tank is an independent education think tank focussed on the provision of, and access to, high-quality education for all. This includes practical research on best practice and education improvement, and on inequalities in educational access and outcomes; as well as consideration of philosophical questions around the nature of quality in education and the principles of social justice. Our thought-leadership draws on robust research to address pressing education policy issues and provide innovative, evidence-based advice to support policy-makers and practitioners.
