SFTA will host our annual member meeting prior to the Natural Products Expo West.

Below is our agenda - note this is not finalized, but will give you an idea of what we are covering.

Also we are requesting members to put together presentations on the work that they have done this year with their sustainability programs. Please let us know if you are interested in presenting when you register:

12:30 pm Reporting Updates & Member Report Sharing ~ Natalie Reitman-White, Nicole Bassett, Members (Working Lunch)

o   12:30 – 12:45 Membership Review Committee Update (Natalie Reitman-White)

o   12:45 – 1:00 Public release of the metrics, Reporting & Tracking Template updates.

o   1:00 – 1:30 Synthesis of Annual Reports Submitted in 2011: report elements, data, key activities

o   1:30 – 3pm Members share highlights from annual self-audits, Q&A and discussion

World Café model – identify topics for conversation as a group and then are dispersed into places in the room. Clusters people around the things that matters most to them. Goal – projects that members would like SFTA to facilitate.
