New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) financing can be used as a potential equity source for community developers to finance facilities that serve low-income communities.

This webinar will outline how NMTC financing can be used to leverage funding. Participants will learn about the new regulations for determining if your project is eligible for NMTC financing. We will review case studies that project a net equity benefit, after all expenses, in excess of 15 – 20% of their project budget.

The webinar is a great choice for nonprofits who must determine if NMTCs can be used as a financial tool for new facilities or renovation of existing facilities.
