Join us for Washington State PTA’s informative program on the legal issues that are of concern to a non-profit organization. Regulations can change every year!
Prepare your leadership team for questions that might arise in the course of the school year. Learn about changes in tax law and how they effect PTAs. Learn the difference between PTA and ASB, the proper way to donate equipment, and what to do if the IRS contacts you. Invite your Principal to attend with you!
This is invaluable training that should not be missed!
This class is required for at least one elected officer to be a unit in good standing, and is required if the PTA wishes to apply for the Standards of Excellence Award.
Registration is $40 untill February 21st, $65 at the door.
$40 fee allows your unit to attend and includes 2 PTA & The Law books-2011/2012 Edition.
