Plan to attend...discover, experience and apply ...

the 3 secret keys to connecting and reading people with insight

- cutting edge skills within the field of Human Behaviour.

The following is brief overview of the 3 day training program:

Day 1: RELATIONSHIP via the DISC – Model of Human Behaviour

This module will significantly increase your awareness of personality viewpoints and perspectives in order to improve relationships and minimize conflicts.  The following are some of the topics covered during this module:

  • Learn to identify needs of others and improve relationships
  • Become “people smart” by knowing how others act, interact and react
  • Develop personal motivation
  • Understand effective interaction
  • Recognize the priority of others
  • Understand where misunderstanding can take place
  • Know principles of effective communication

Day 2: MESSAGE via Behavioural Symptom Analysis (BSA)

BSA is the study of the way people act, speak and behave in various circumstances.  From this study, patterns of behaviour can be built up to enable predictions and deductions to be made about an individual.  This analysis is useful to questioners.  BSA principles guide the questioner to arrive at an informed assessment of an individual. It is also particularly valuable in helping to evaluate truth and deception. In this module, we cover:

  • Verbal – the words we choose to use
  • Vocal – how we say those words
  • Visual – the postures, gestures and movements we make with our bodies while talking, often called body language

Day 3: CONTEXT via both Cultural and/or Situational Awareness

The final key is context.  Learn to adapt and apply both DISC and BSA in a given context or situation.  Learn skills and strategies for communicating across all cultures.  This module addresses the following issues:

  • The relationship between culture and communication style
  • Tips for giving feedback in a culturally sensitive way
  • Recognizing fundamental differences between cultures and their significance
  • Increasing awareness of cultural perspectives and their effect on behaviour
  • Skills and strategies for effective communication
