There are several fees associated with this trip.
All attending will be responsible for making it to the Wassaic stop on the Harlem line of Metro-North Railroad.

Take the Harlem Line to Wassaic Station. The bus will meet the train departing Grand Central Terminal at 9:48 a.m., arriving Wassaic Station at 12:07 p.m. When you get to Wassaic Station, your "Farm Fresh" shuttle will be waiting in the bus area. Check here for an ITINERARY.
The special Metro-North discount ticket for this event will not go on sale until August 27th. When you RSVP, I will email you with instructions on how to purchase the tickets for this trip.
The Farm Fresh Shuttle is $5 for adults. Children are free.
Please read below for details about the excursion.
Board the Dutchess County Farm Fresh Link shuttle at Wassaic Station for excursions to the charming Village of Millerton, Cascade Winery, and McEnroe Organic Farm, all located in the scenic Hudson Valley.
Begin your day in *Millerton, home to the internationally acclaimed Harney & Sons Fine Teas. Step into the charming tea store and tasting room for a "cuppa" or cross the street for an up-close look at handcrafted art glass by Gilmor Glassworks. Stroll through the pastoral village shops and choose one of several dining locations (a coffeehouse/restaurant, Mexican or Chinese food, vegetarian - there's something for everyone) to enjoy lunch.
Your next stop will give you an up-close and personal tour of Cascade Winery located on 68 acres in the township of Amenia. Cascade Mountain was founded in the spring of 1972 by the Wetmore family who pioneered the production of premium table wines on the eastern side of the Hudson River. Bill, along with his wife Margaret and their three children Charles, Michael and Joan, planted the vineyard in 1972, built the winery in 1977, and opened the restaurant in 1985. Today, Cascade Mountain is a thriving business which features a full line of award-winning table wines and a highly rated restaurant. Customers come from all over the world to enjoy a few pleasant hours on top of the Berkshire foothills accompanied by some of the best food and wine to be found in the Hudson River Valley. Tasting fee $7.00 (will be collected at the winery).
Check out the best that Mother Nature provides at McEnroe Organic Farm, where you'll learn first-hand about organic farming and composting. You'll tour the 700 acres and see cows, turkeys, llamas, fields of vegetables, and greenhouses fueled by corn and more! At the end of your tour peruse the gourmet delicacies at the full-service farm market and bring home some special treats.
You'll also have the opportunity to sample locally made artisanal cheeses from The Amazing Real Live Food Company (based in nearby Pine Plains... www.amazingreallive.com) from the Victualers at the McEnroe Market. The Chaseholm Farm Creamery is a small cheese making operation and the home of the Amazing Real Live Food Co. Chaseholm is a family run dairy farm that manages a 50-head milking herd of registered Holsteins. It is from the beautiful milk of these cows that produces probiotic cheeses and fine, artisanal cheeses (Fresh Herbed Farmer's Cheese, Queso Blancos, Chaseholm Camembert, Moonlight Chaource, and Stella Vallis Tomme).
The Dutchess County Farm Fresh Link shuttle will transport you to the various locations and bring you back to Wassaic Station for the trip home.
