The Artisanal Premium Cheese Center is offering a class in beer and cheese pairing, featuring Victory's Prima Pils. Taste a variety of craft beers and artisanal cheeses and learn the art of pairing.

Americans’ growing connoisseurship of cheese has coincided with our growing appreciation of fine beers. While the overall consumption of beer has remained fairly flat in the U.S. the consumption of the more “artisanal” types of beers (those that are hand-crafted in small batches) is on the rise. The per capita consumption of artisanal cheeses has increased relative to that of the broader category, though overall consumption of cheese has been on the rise for decades. In this class you will taste a selection of micro brews paired with some of the finest artisanal cheeses produced anywhere. This class will be led by our Fromagère and beer expert, Ms. Candela Prol.
