AMA Baltimore | Marketing Technology Special Interest Group

What is Marketing Automation?

 

In this seminar Joe Zuccaro, CEO of Allinio, will review the different marking automation platforms used in lead management. From setting up a lead management process to implementing a lead scoring system, Joe will provide a framework for marketing to the sales funnel. He will also explain how business personas and content management play into the lead management process. Participants will receive an overview of the different marketing automation solutions, what to look for when selecting one of these solutions, and how each integrates with CRM systems.

 



About Joseph Zuccaro

Joseph Zuccaro has over 25 years of experience in marketing, sales, and business development with product and service companies.  He is the President and CEO of Allinio, a Marketing Automation professional services firm helping organizations plan and implement web-based technologies to gather, store, analyze, share, and act upon data that maximizes marketing ROI and drives higher revenue. He has been blogging about these technologies for five years.

He is a member of the Marketing Automation Institute, participates in marketing roundtables on Focus.com and has spoken at the Online Marketing Summit.  He also founded the B2B Twitterer of the Year Award, which recognizesB2B organizations for outstanding contributions in practicing, promoting, and enhancing professional business via the micro-blogging sensation Twitter.

Joe earned a BS in Logistics, Transportation, & Supply Chain Management and an MBA with a concentration in B2B Marketing from the Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland.
