Interviewing and Selection - A Practical Approach to Hiring the Right Talent
--a half day interactive learning opportunity facilitated by Jeff Johannigman

As a manager, if you don't hire smart, you will have to manage tough. Do you have a systematic way to select the right candidate, or do you find yourself relying on gut hunches and "people sense"? In this interactive workshop, you will discover a proven, step-by-step approach for selecting the best candidate, even if they come from another field. Learn how to design and use behavior-based interview questions to accurately assess a candidate's skills, traits, knowledge, and organizational fit. Learn how to hire with confidence.
