It is sponsored by PA Department of Environmental Protection, and will earn participants 12 Act 48 hours.

There is a $3 fee to park in the Carnegie Science Center lots, based on availability. Participants bring a bag lunch both days.  Much of this workshop takes place onboard the vessel Explorer, both at dock and underway on the river.
