World's Best Fish

Join Chef Mark as he demonstrates how to prepare the world’s best fish, beginning with Scottish Salmon with leeks, cream and whiskey. Followed by Wood Oven Roasted Alaskan Halibut with contrails and pancetta and Wild Atlantic Cod crispy fried. Enjoy Hawaiian Blue Fin Tuna sashimi style with seaweed salad. We will also feature a Florida Blackened Grouper with Key Lime Serrano Chile mayo. We will end with a traditional Key Lime Pie for dessert.
