on the weekend of 24 february 2012, people interested in service design and customer experience will meet at locations all over the world.
in spirit of innovation, design, cooperation and a fun environment, teams will have less than 48 hours to develop and prototype new services inspired by a shared theme. at the end of the weekend the new services from each team around the globe will be published and presented to the rest.
at the vienna service design jam 2012 it’s all about having the experience to work one full weekend with like minded people at the GP designpartners loft.
imagine best known jazz players Charlie Parker and Thelonious Monk jamin’ in the 50ies. they had there instruments taken to the jam, no idea what to expect. but they knew one thing: to have a blasting experience and lots of fun during the jam.
