When and Where: Tuesday, February 28th through Thursday, March 1st, 2012 at the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation in Kansas City, MO.
> Tuesday, February 28th , 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm: cocktail reception.
> Wednesday, February 29th, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm: facilitator training followed by a dinner and reception at the Kauffman Foundation Conference Center. (Lunch and continental breakfast are also included.)
> Thursday, March 1st, 8:00 am – 3:00 pm: training continued. (Lunch and continental breakfast are also included.)
Registration: Early bird registration fee is $595 per person (plus processing fee). Regular registration is $795 per person (plus processing fee). Registration includes facilitator training, Tuesday cocktail reception, continental breakfast, lunch and Wednesday reception dinner.
Hotel accommodations: A discounted rate has been negotiated at the Kansas City Marriott Country Club Plaza. To make reservations call 816 531-3000. Be sure to ask for the Ice House Facilitator Training Group discount rate. Complimentary shuttle service between the hotel and the conference center will be provided.
*Enrollment fees are non-refundable; however, you will be allowed to recommend another delegate from your institution to take your place.
