Fat Loss and Conditioning - High Intensity Interval Training
Every Friday and Saturday morning we run interval training sessions. Interval training has been scientifically proven to be the most effective and efficient protocol for weight loss, elite fitness levels and increasing lean body mass, the ultimate way to train! We use bikes, kettlebells, step boxes, bodyweight training and a high energy ( loud!) soundtrack to get you working at maximum effort through rounds of intervals (never more than a minute!)
High intensity interval training delivers the best results, keeping your metabolism fired for hours post workout providing a far superior calorie burn effect and a fitter, leaner body.
