We'll guarantee you this: You and your sweetheart will always remember where you spent Valentine's Day 2012. The velvet-voiced Henry Lovett and the extra-sultry Gina Revae will entertain you; we will lavish you  with a lovely meal. Each beginning with tasty appetizers, then a choice among several of the chef's specially prepared entrees, and winding down with a delicious dessert.  There will be two shows, 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. Seating for the first dinner show will be at 6:30 p.m. 

The show ticket ($40 per couple) does not include dinner. 

The three-course, chef's special menu is $35 per person. It includes:

Appetizers (Choose one):
Your choice of a glass of red or white wine

Mixed-greens Salad
(young field greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, red onions and croutons)

Golden Crab Cake
(generous portion of premium fresh, jumbo-lump Maryland blue crabmeat; chef’s special imperial blend; lightly seasoned and pan-fried.)

Fried Green Tomatoes
(emerald discs of choice beefsteak tomatoes, lightly seasoned and fried to a golden crisp; garnished with chives and served with our special smoked sauce.)

Glazed Applewood Smoked Salmon
(wild, Atlantic Salmon; smoked over hard fruitwood; brushed with our honey-pepper glaze and served with capers.)

Two-meat Combo
(choice of any two slow-smoked meats:Texas-style, hand-rubbed, hickory ribs; tender, juicy, tender beef brisket; Signature Bronze Chicken ® , jumbo smoked wings; Carolina-style pulled pork; and our Signature king-sized, smoked sausage link.)

Spinach and Cheese Ravioli 
(Scalloped spinach pasta stuffed with asiago, parmesean, ricotto and mozzerella cheeses and tossed in the chef's special herb marinara sauce.)

·         Southern-style Collard Greens: fresh, tender young collards, seasoned with smoked turkey, a hint of garlic and our special seasonings.

·         Gourmet String Beans: fresh, young string-less green beans, with splinters of sweet red peppers.

·         Baked Macaroni & Cheese:  a special meld of cheeses, enhanced with a time-tested blend of spices, baked with a light, herb bread-crumb crust.

·         Orange-ginger Yams: a unique blend of choice sweet potatoes, ginger and orange glaze, and a hint of lemon.

·         Cabbage Medley: locally grown green and white cabbage, slightly sweetened by juicy Vidalia onions and tender, red bell pepper; sautéed in olive oil and minced garlic.

Desserts (Choose one):

Made-from-scratch, Flaky-crust Peach Cobbler

Homemade Lemon Butter Cake, fresh strawberries, vanilla ice cream and homemade whip cream.
