2 hour cooking class for $55 per class per person. Includes tastings, beverages, and dish recipes!

First Course: Appleton Rum Sea Scallops (wild harvest, sustainable, dry diver scallops, jumbo, from James @ Jet Fresh) with Blackened Vegetables from Mayas Farm; paired with Pillsbury Wild Child White. Second Course: Braised Ox Tail with Butter Beans from Double Check Ranch, Vegetable Redux, West Indies Polenta with Maya’s Farm Winter Harvest Vegetable Medley; paired with Dos Cabezas El Norte. Third Course: Caribbean Chocolate Souflee with Rum Whipped Cream and Candied Black Cherries. Also sponsored by Double Check Ranch and Maya's Farm.
