Workshop Description:  

This workshop explores the dynamics of successful interaction. Participants will acquire simple tools and techniques applicable in any setting. Interpersonal communication can be challenging. We often find ourselves frustrated by misunderstandings, drama, blame games and endless meetings. As our organizations become more complex, we interact with many people across diverse boundaries. We can engineer better interactions by employing ways of thinking and acting that reduce conflict while helping organizations grow and flourish.
