Space must be reserved in each individual's name who will be attending instead of one name in multiple spaces.
The Office of Developmental Services will hold two IDOLS Service Authorization Q&A Sessions for CSB Service Authorization Submitters, Support Coodinators/Case Managers and providers of ID and DS Waiver services in Region 5. You have the option to register if you currently submit ID or DS Waiver Service Authorization requests to any of the following Community Services Boards: Chesapeake, Colonial, Eastern Shore, Hampton-New Port News, Norfolk, Portsmouth, VA Beach, Western Tidewater. These sessions will provide the opportunity for clarification on the following materials, please review all materials prior to attending either session.
