Using e-instruction Clickers in the Classroom

Though several student response systems (clickers) are used on campus, eInstruction's CPS system is the only one supported campus-wide. CPS is surprisingly east to integrate with Blackboard Learn 9.x, but the process requires several steps.

In this workshop, participants will learn how to use:

  • Upload and install CPS software from eInstruction.
  • Create a CPS connection in a Blackboard class, then open it for student clicker registration.
  • Sync the CPS desktop application with Blackboard, once students are enrolled.
  • Create a lesson in CPS
  • Configure a lesson to upload grades directly to Blackboard.
  • Run a sample lesson, then see the results in Blackboard.
