You'll earn how to make these classic drinks in a frolicking class that covers the tools and supplies you'll need, prep time and serving suggestions. You'll go home with a great guide that you can use year after year to make homemade cocktails from scratch without ever buying or using an artificial or prepackaged ingredient. (And H. will run through a couple of non-traditional drinks from his own menu at Elixir.)

All proceeds go toward supporting the ongoing operations of The Boothby Center.

This class is offered from 7pm to 9pm. All materials are included and you get to consume everything we make! Students must be 21 years old and older and will be identified at the beginning of class.

Parking options: on street or across the street at the Some Grand Building ($2 for first hour, $8 up to 4 hours). Bart Civic Center stop is 1.5 blocks away.

M Cafe is open in the front of the buliding if you care to get food and bring it in.
