Many students want to learn how to pair great food with one of the oldest beverages known to mankind: Beer! Gourmet and Specialty Beers are all the rage and the abundance of varieties can be confusing to the consumer. In this class we will make an incredible meal and offer tastings of special beers from Chef Eric’s favorite purveyor to go with the food.
