SEMM Clinic prepares the patroller for the Senior Evaluation.

IMPORTANT !

All SEMM candidates must register for an EPA SEMM CLINIC prior to an SEMM Evaluation.

Sign up for one clinic only and one evaluation only.

Candidate Limit:  18 max. per clinic and evaluation.

Directions:

All SEMM candidates must complete their “check off” sheets and practice scenario problems prior to attending the evaluation.

EPA region policy:  You must have patrolled for one full season prior to evaluation.
Once registration is received and verified, SEMM packet will be E-Mailed to candidate.

Please complete the registration process answering all of the questions.

Make sure to print the receipt and bring it with you.
When you receive your CONFIRMATION EMAIL, you will see a "PRINT TICKET" .

You will print out two sheets. First one is your ticket, the second is your confirmation.
