Angela Beeching
Author of the acclaimed Beyond Talent: Creating a Successful Career in Music, Angela Myles Beeching is a leader in the field, and co-hosts the Network of Music Career Development Officers, the premier organization of the profession. She also directs the Center for Music Entrepreneurship at Manhattan School of Music and, as consultant to Indiana University, mentors the Project Jumpstart initiative. Previously, Ms. Beeching directed the Career Services Center at New England Conservatory. In demand as a consultant and speaker, Angela has led workshops at Eastman, Juilliard, Peabody, Colburn, and Oberlin Conservatories. She has also been guest speaker at conferences for the National Association of Schools of Music, the Association of Performing Arts Presenters, and the National Conference on Keyboard Pedagogy. Ms. Beeching’s articles have appeared in Inside Arts, Classical Singer, and Chamber Music magazines. A Fulbright Scholar and Harriet Hale Woolley grant recipient, Ms. Beeching holds a doctorate in cello performance from Stony Brook University. She is committed to helping people and organizations create their own paths to success. through project-based coaching and consulting.
