Grubby Halo Community Acupuncture (GHCA) is hosting a special event on August 9 to benefit Mercy For Animals. Acupuncture treatments will be given from 5 to 7 p.m., followed by a cool event from 7 to 9 p.m. planned by Citygirl Weddings & Events that will feature music by DJ Harsh, hors d'oeuvres by Native Foods, and you. The suggested donation is based on the clinic's sliding scale of $20 to $40—pay what you want to pay.

Licensed Acupuncturist and Chen Taiji disciple, Kyle Walsh, is happy to bring community acupuncture to centrally located 639 West Diversey Parkway with Grubby Halo Community Acupuncture (as seen in Natural Awakenings, RedEye and Hoy).
