Kevin Herman, MS, CADC, Director of Worksite Wellness, Horton Health Initiatives, The Horton Group As Director of Worksite Wellness for Horton Health Initiatives, a division of The Horton Group, Kevin's primary role is implementing wellness programs that foster healthier, safer and more productive employees while controlling both insurance costs and sustaining a quality benefits program. Kevin has more than 14 years of experience working in healthcare and behavioral health-related programs. Prior to coming to Horton, Kevin was Director of a hospital based worksite wellness program for multiple public and private employers. He has earned a Master of Science degree in Public Service Administration with a Health Care Administration Concentration.
