Workshop combines singing, chanting, mediation, gospel & inspirational music, play and prayer --
guaranteed to take your spiritual practice to the next level… AND you’ll become a better singer in
the process!

In this 8 week workshop you will:
• Get to know and love your unique voice
• Learn sacred and inspirational songs and chants from around the world
• Improvise and get playful with your voice
• Learn helpful vocal techniques to make your voice stronger
• Sing with a group
• Set clear intentions for how you use your voice
• Get rid of baggage that blocks the voice
• Perform in a blowout concert
• Sing, Sing, Sing!

Faculty:

REV. CHANDA RULE has been weaving stories through song, humming melodies, and bending words since her childhood. Chanda loves to proclaim that music is God’s healing balm for the human spirit and uses music to celebrate, honor and cultivate self-love, worthiness and the downright sacred wholeness of every being. Chanda has led congregational music at Be Yoga, The New York Open Center, One Spirit Learning Alliance and leads music for Celebration services at churches and spiritual centers every Sunday. She is the newly appointed Vocal Director at the Outreach Academy Summer Series in Schwaz, Austria, created and led the Praise Team at Sacred Center in New York, Interfaith Taizé at One Spirit, and has led Gospel workshops throughout Europe and the East coast.
